Welcome to Ompliance. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.ompliance.com (the “Site”) and any browser-based tools we make available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of the Services
Ompliance provides browser-based productivity tools intended for governance, risk, and compliance practitioners. Features may include uploading files locally in your browser, comparing content, optional integrations with thirdparty services you configure, and exporting results.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree that you will:
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or third-party systems.
Not misuse contact forms, automation, or APIs to harass others or send spam.
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you submit (including inquiries via contact forms).
4. Not professional advice
The Services are tools to support productivity and workflows. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, audit, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions made in connection with compliance obligations and for validating outputs produced using the Services.
5. Your content and data
Depending on how a tool operates, some processing may occur locally in your browser. Where you upload files or enter information:
- You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to use that content with the Services.
- You are responsible for protecting sensitive or regulated data in accordance with your organisation’s policies.
Optional features that send information to third-party AI or cloud providers are subject to those providers’ terms and your configuration
6. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (including website hosting, analytics, fonts/CDNs, and optional AI providers). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their separate terms. Ompliance is not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s branding, text, layout, and Ompliance materials are owned by Ompliance or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable licence to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes.
Open-source components, where applicable, are used under their respective licences.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, errorfree, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Ompliance and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid directly to Ompliance for the Services in the six(6) months before the claim (if any), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ompliance and its contributors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy published on the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a security risk.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, you submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
